1. Choose campaign KPIs before publication
Write the metric name, source, whether it is unique or total, and the reporting window. A view on one platform is not automatically comparable to a view elsewhere. Newsletter subscribers, delivered emails and opens describe different things. Use the agreed service and your own product analytics to decide what you need to collect.
- Views or impressions
- Platform-defined distribution events, not necessarily unique people or complete attention.
- Opens
- An email loading signal that can be affected by privacy protection and automation.
- Clicks
- Interaction with a link; distinguish unique and total values and possible automated activity.
- Conversions
- Your defined product action, with an agreed event and attribution method.

2. Verify publication metrics without double counting
Keep the publication URL or send evidence, source, measurement date and reporting period. If one video has 10,000 views on Monday and 15,000 on Wednesday, its latest cumulative reading is 15,000, not 25,000. In AiBoosting, supplied and verified values are distinguished. Verification means review of the evidence, not a guarantee that a platform’s counting system is perfect.

3. Example: reporting a creator and newsletter campaign
Suppose a fictional campaign reports 40,000 video views, 20,000 delivered newsletters and 500 clicks. Do not call this 60,500 people reached. Email deliveries are not readers, views may repeat, and clicks can be a subset of the other events. Present each measure separately and state the dates and definitions. These figures illustrate reporting logic only; they are not an AiBoosting result.

4. Track campaign attribution with UTMs and product analytics
Use consistent campaign parameters and a landing page that matches the content. In Google Analytics, campaign source, medium and campaign parameters help identify incoming traffic. They do not eliminate cross-device loss, consent effects, later direct visits or multiple-touch journeys. Never put personal data in tracking URLs. Decide the conversion event and comparison window before interpreting the report.

5. Interpret newsletter open and click rates
Apple Mail Privacy Protection can prevent senders from learning whether an email was opened. Security scanners may also interact with links. Ask the publisher which metrics their sending tool supplies and how automation is handled. An open rate is useful context when interpreted consistently, but it is not a count of people who carefully read the sponsorship.

6. Use campaign results to plan the next test
Compare message, audience and destination, not only channel size. If clicks are relevant but trials are weak, review the landing experience and product prerequisites. If distribution is limited, check format and selection. Record what you observed, what remains uncertain and the one thing you will change next. A single placement rarely proves a universal rule.
