1. Define the audience for your AI product
“People interested in AI” is too broad to guide selection. A developer comparing inference tools, a small business automating support and a designer exploring image generation need different explanations. Describe their task, existing knowledge, buying role and language. Distinguish the person watching from the person who can approve a purchase.

2. Review creator content and newsletter editorial quality
Look at recent material: does the creator demonstrate products or repeat announcements? Does the newsletter help readers make decisions or summarize headlines? Product criticism and realistic limitations can be useful signs of independent expertise. Ask whether the intended format gives enough time or space to explain your use case.

3. Compare collaborators with a selection matrix
Score each criterion with a documented reason rather than pretending the score predicts performance. Use the same questions for every candidate.

- Audience relevance
- Does the content serve the job, level and buying role you need?
- Language and geography
- Can the reader use and buy the product in the relevant market?
- Format fit
- Is a short demo enough, or does the product need depth?
- Evidence quality
- Are audience and performance readings dated and clearly defined?
- Commercial scope
- Are deliverables, rights, revisions and reporting comparable?
- Price and recent performance
- Compare each service price with followers or subscribers, recent views, engagement and sponsorship clicks.

4. Evaluate followers, subscribers and engagement metrics
Compare follower or subscriber counts alongside recent performance. For influencers, review views and engagement across several comparable posts. For newsletters, review delivered emails, open rates and sponsorship CTR; check whether clicks concern the ad or the full edition. Ask for dates, definitions and comparable periods. Audience language, countries and product fit help you decide whether the published price makes sense for your campaign. Historical results inform selection; they do not guarantee the next campaign.

5. Combine social creators and newsletter sponsorships
For an AI coding assistant, a long-form tutorial might explain setup while a developer newsletter introduces the problem and links to it. For a visual tool, a short demonstration may be more useful at the start. These are planning examples, not performance promises. Do not assume cross-channel audiences are unique or that one format always wins.

6. Build your campaign shortlist
Write one sentence explaining each selection: “This newsletter reaches English-speaking product builders and offers enough room to explain the workflow.” Check availability, product access and review capacity. In AiBoosting, identified profiles require approved brand access. If you prefer a coordinated selection, provide the brief and maximum total budget through a managed campaign.
