How inquiries, proposals and campaign engagements work.
Service provider
AiBoosting is operated by Gptzone Coop.V., tax ID F21659008, c/ Algeps 1, Puerta 62, 03110 Mutxamel, Alicante, Spain. Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern professional campaign services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected if they apply.
Accounts and communications
Use accurate details, verify your email and keep access credentials private. Administrative access requires two-factor authentication. Platform notices relate to accounts, campaign execution and billing; marketing communications require a separate choice. AiBoosting manages campaign conversations. A party may request account closure at [email protected]; active obligations and legally required records may remain.
Proposals and payment
A submitted brief is not an order or a payment. AiBoosting reviews it and sends a versioned proposal with deliverables, formats, schedule, revisions, rights, influencer and newsletter budgets, tax and the final total. Public USD prices exclude applicable taxes. Pay only after approving this proposal and accepting these terms. Stripe Checkout processes brand payment. Assigned collaborator identities become available after payment; personal contact details remain private. Invoices are issued and attached manually by AiBoosting.
Content approval
Creators submit drafts to AiBoosting first. The brand approves content before publication and requests changes within the agreed revision allowance. Any requested scope or rights changes are confirmed separately. Timing depends on the approved proposal and timely provision of materials and reviews.
Guaranteed influencer views
Where expressly included in the proposal, the measurement period is 30 calendar days from the first verified campaign publication. If the target is not met, there are 15 additional calendar days to complete reach. If views remain outstanding at the end of that total period, the refund equals the influencer-service amount excluding tax multiplied by outstanding views divided by contracted views, capped at that service amount. An authorised administrator reviews and processes the refund, including any required tax adjustment. Newsletter fees are excluded. The platform shows the measurement dates and verified progress. There is no guarantee of unique users, sales or conversion rate.
Changes, cancellations and incidents
Request changes or cancellation through the platform or [email protected]. Before work begins, AiBoosting will document the remaining scope and any refund due. Once work or placements are committed, cancellation costs depend on services actually performed and non-recoverable agreed commitments; no automatic blanket forfeiture applies. Rights required by mandatory law prevail. Disputed or duplicated payments are reviewed before launching a campaign.
Evidence and publication
Audience and campaign metrics are reviewed manually using dated evidence. Views are cumulative platform views and may include repeated viewing; they are not unique people, clicks, purchases or guaranteed sales. Each publication contributes its latest approved cumulative reading once. Newsletter subscribers, deliveries, opens and clicks are distinct and never counted as guaranteed influencer views. Do not submit fabricated metrics or unauthorised personal data.
Rights and disputes
Each approved proposal and accepted offer specifies deliverables, formats, dates, revisions, content rights and payment conditions. No paid advertising, redistribution or exclusivity rights are granted unless expressly agreed. The parties must respect intellectual property, image rights and applicable advertising disclosures. Version and changes
Version: 2026-10-14-platform-v1. New catalogue versions do not change an approved or paid campaign. Material changes to an active engagement require a documented agreement. There is no public creator directory or direct creator contact channel on the platform.
