1. Explain your AI product and campaign objective
Start with the user’s problem, the job your product does and one representative example. Include who can access it today, pricing conditions relevant to the message, supported markets and important limitations. A creator should not have to guess whether a feature is public, paid, experimental or still on a roadmap.

2. Define content requirements and creative freedom
List factual statements that must be correct, required disclosures and any genuine brand constraints. Then make clear where the collaborator can choose their own explanation, hook and demonstration. A brief that prescribes every sentence can weaken the very perspective you selected the creator for.

3. Copy the influencer and newsletter brief template
Fill in each field with specific information. This template is a planning aid, not a contract; final rights, price and obligations belong in the accepted proposal.

4. Example: improve a vague campaign instruction
Instead of “show that our tool saves everyone hours,” write “demonstrate turning this five-slide outline into a first draft; show the input, output and any manual edits.” The second instruction can be tested and reviewed. If a numerical benefit is not substantiated, do not ask the collaborator to state it. This example is fictional and does not describe a real client result.

5. Plan content approval and revision deadlines
Name one person who consolidates feedback and an accessible product expert. Agree the draft and response dates before the publication window. Brand approval is required before publishing in AiBoosting; no response does not authorize release. Scope changes, extra revisions and new rights should be agreed explicitly rather than introduced as surprise feedback.

6. Align the brief with deliverables, rights and price
Before payment, compare the approved proposal with the current brief. Check dates, product access, service version, rights and reporting. A shared campaign can include independent collaborations, so avoid assuming acceptance by one collaborator means all have accepted. In a managed campaign, AiBoosting coordinates the selection and commercial plan with you.
